Currently, Nestle India's equity shares hold a face value

split in over two decades for the company.
Earlier this year, in April, Nestle India had already
rewarded its shareholders with a total dividend payout of Rs 98, inclusive of
interim and final dividends. It's worth noting that the company's highest
dividend distribution in recent years reached Rs 180, a milestone achieved back
in August 2019.

the company's future prospects, making it an event of paramount importance in
the corporate calendar.
