ANI has tweeted a video wherein a man is being dragged behind a scooty for very long distance and the rider was found to be glancing at the victim but did not stop even after that. He was then stopped and scolded by the onlookers. This terrific incident took place in Bangalore, as reported by ANI in the tweet. The man suffered serious injuries and is under treatment at a hospital.
