Traditionally, the all-party meeting precedes the session by a day; however, this time, it advanced due to the imminent vote count in four states on December 3. This parliamentary session will follow the declaration of assembly poll results in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana, carrying potential ramifications for discussions within the session.

Expectations loom high with the possibility of three crucial bills aiming to replace fundamental legal acts and the discussion of an Ethics committee report concerning allegations against Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra.

As the government endeavors to advance its legislative agenda, opposition parties are poised to bring forth their concerns and push for discussions on pivotal issues. The Winter Session anticipates a dynamic exchange of ideas and deliberations essential to the national interest.
