In the Israel-Hamas conflict, the first Indian casualty occurred when a person from Kerala was killed in a missile attack in northern Israel's Margaliot. The Israel Embassy in India stated this morning that two others were injured in Hezbollah's "cowardly" attack. The peaceful agricultural workers cultivating a garden in Margaliot's northern village were targeted by the Shia terrorist organization Hezbollah.

The Israeli embassy expressed condolences for the deceased and injured, offering full medical support. The ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas has caused significant distress globally.
