Warren Buffett is set to earn a staggering $6 billion in dividends in 2024 from just three stocks - Coca-Cola, Chevron, and Kraft Heinz, showcasing his long-term investment strategy's success.
Legendary investor Warren Buffett will collect a breathtaking $6,000,000,000.00 in 2024 from dividends of only three companies: Coca-Cola, Chevron, and, of course, Kraft Heinz in his portfolio. When calculated, this is conspicuous by the fact it renders $16 million per day as a dividend in the "Oracle of Omaha".
Buffett, famous for his so-called "Buy and Hold" approach and value-based investing, is confident that the payments from these three long-term holdings will produce considerable benefits to his equity portfolio.
Coke, which is one of Buffett's most old and famous investments, is believed to contribute about $775 million in straight dividends this year. The jewel of the Berkshire Hathaway empire is the 9.3% stake in Coca-Cola Corporation and the 400 million shares worth about $23.5 billion at the current share price.
In 2024, the energy conglomerate Chevron is supposed to be paying back a staggering $820 million in dividends to its investor in Berkshire Hathaway. The list of Berkshire Hathaway's holdings includes 126 $ million worth of shares of Chevron at a value of $20.5 billion, which represents 4% of the company's overall assets.
On the flip side, Kraft Heinz can be acknowledged as a more significant source of Buffett's dividend income, with an estimate of $520 million. The insurance conglomerate of Warren Buffet's trust, Berkshire, possesses over $12 billion in the form of shares in the packaged food industry, representing 4.4% of its size.

Buffett concentrated on well-established companies that had cash flows that were clean and strong enough, along with certain competitive qualities that have become significant sources of increasing dividend payouts. As of present, 93 years old, the well-known business magnate is still a businessman via Berkshire in different sectors like banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail and transport, to name a few.
Buffett's reputation for being a long-term investor confirms his general rule to always wait for the biggest dividends from a decadal investment, saying he has the best capital allocation skills and patience he has.
