The Tata Women's Premier League 2024 cricket matches are scheduled to take place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi from March 5 to March 13, and then again on March 15 and 17. As a result, traffic restrictions will be imposed on several roads in Delhi during the match days. The police have released a traffic advisory concerning this matter, advising people to steer clear of these affected roads.

These roads will remain closed for 3 days in Delhi, so before leaving home, get traffic advisory.

The Tata Women's Premier League 2024 cricket matches will be held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi from March 5 to March 13 and on March 15 and 17. Due to this, traffic will be restricted on many roads in Delhi on match days. The police have issued a traffic advisory regarding this. People are advised to avoid these roads.

Changes and restrictions will be in place on these routes:

  • Heavy vehicles and buses will not be allowed on roads from Daryaganj to Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg and from Gurunanak Chowk to Asaf Ali Road.

On match days, from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM, avoid:

  • Rajghat to Jawaharlal Nehru Marg
  • Kamla Market to Rajghat via Jawaharlal Nehru Marg
  • Asaf Ali Road from Turkman Gate to Delhi Gate
  • Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg from Ramcharan Agarwal Chowk to Delhi Gate

Entry near the stadium will be as follows:

  • Entry from Gate No. 1 to Gate No. 7 will be from Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg.
  • Entry from Gate No. 8 to Gate No. 15 will be from Jawaharlal Nehru Marg near Ambedkar Stadium bus terminal.
  • Entry from Gate No. 16 to Gate No. 18 will be from Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, near the petrol pump.

Limited parking is available for vehicles with valid parking labels near the stadium. Vehicles without valid parking labels will not be allowed near the stadium. Car parking label holders will have to use Ring Road, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Asaf Ali Road, and Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg for parking. Entry to parking lots P1, P3, and P4 will be only from Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg.

For vehicles without parking labels, parking is available at:

  • Mata Sundari Parking
  • Shanti Van Parking
  • Under the Weldrom Road

Action will be taken against vehicles parked on the road:

  • No vehicle will be allowed to stand on the road from Rajghat to IP Flyover via Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, and Ting Tong Road. Vehicles parked on the road will be lifted by cranes.
