Speaking at a rally in Wanaparthy, KCR challenged Congress to reveal if it has established even a single medical college in the district. He proudly noted that his government had brought five medical colleges to the former Mahabubnagar district.

KCR asserted, "Has the Congress not used Muslims and Dalits as vote banks without delivering tangible benefits? Today, we are nurturing talents in our residential schools, which cater to various communities, including Muslims, Dalits, Girjans, and other backward classes."

The Telangana Chief Minister did not stop at his accusations against the Congress. He went on to claim that while Congress had historically used Dalits as a vote bank, his government was actively implementing the "Dalit Bandhu," a direct cash benefit scheme aimed at the Dalit community.

The Assembly elections in Telangana are scheduled for November 30, with results set to be announced on December 3. This election is part of a larger political landscape, with key states like Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Mizoram also awaiting election results.

According to an India TV-CNX Opinion Poll telecast on October 21, KCR's Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is projected to retain power in the upcoming Assembly elections, albeit with a reduced majority. The opinion poll suggests that out of 119 Assembly seats, BRS is likely to secure 70 seats, a decrease from the 88 seats it held in the previous election five years ago.

As the election date approaches, KCR's strong words against the Congress and his emphasis on minority and Dalit welfare have set the stage for a contentious political battle in Telangana.
