Rajnath Singh's interview claims that the Opposition has been misleading the citizens of India.

Even if it is assumed that Arvind Kejriwal went to jail because of us, why is he not getting relief? Have we taken control of the courts also? What are these people trying to say? Let them have the audacity to say we have captured courts also...is it possible? In an interview with ANI, Rajnath Singh stated that the CBI, Enforcement Directorate, and Income Tax department were all performing their respective roles. He said opposition leaders who felt they were being held without cause might seek protection from the courts.

Given Sanjay Singh's accomplishment, Rajnath Singh questioned why more AAP leaders couldn't get bail.

India has to be made corruption-free, this is the resolve of our Prime Minister (Narendra Modi). If they (Opposition parties) feel that they have been framed, their leaders are in jail on baseless allegations, they can get protection from courts. If Sanjay Singh (AAP leader) can get bail, why other (party leaders) have not been able to get similar relief, he stated to ANI.

AAP politician Sanjay Singh was recently released on bail in connection with a case concerning money laundering and the fraud surrounding the liquor policy. He was captured by the Enforcement Directorate in October of last year.

However, since February 2023, Manish Sisodia, another party member, has been incarcerated for similar crimes. His bail requests have been turned down by several judges since his arrest.

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, was detained by the Enforcement Directorate last month in relation to the liquor policy issue. The Delhi High Court's most recent decision is that the ED's action is still valid. The highest court in the nation has heard his appeal of the conviction and his subsequent apprehension.
