As stated in the charge sheet presented by Indore Police, Vaishali was stressed and harassed by her neighbor and businessman, Rahul Navlani who recorded an indecent video of her and even sent it to his would-be spouse, Mitesh Gaur. Vaishali recently went on a holiday in Goa with Rahul in August 2021, where the couple got closer and Rahul secretly recorded an indecent video of Vaishali. Rahul and his wife blackmailed Vaishali after he shot the video and forwarded the images and videos to Mitesh in 2022, which led to his separation from Vaishali Takkar.
