Bengaluru, Karnataka – In a shocking incident, Dutch vlogger Pedro Mota was manhandled on a busy road in the Chickpet area of Bengaluru while recording Vlog on the streets. The incident sparked outrage and led to a swift response from the local authorities.

Pedro Mota, a popular YouTuber known for his travel vlogs, was capturing footage for his channel when he was confronted by an individual identified as Navab Hayath Sharif. According to eyewitnesses, the situation escalated quickly, with Sharif allegedly resorting to physical aggression towards Mota.

The incident took place on a bustling street, attracting the attention of onlookers who quickly rushed to intervene. Bystanders managed to separate Mota from his aggressor and provided him with immediate assistance.

The vlogger did not sustain any serious injuries, but the incident left him shaken and bewildered. Law enforcement authorities were promptly informed about the incident, and a case has been registered against Navab Hayath Sharif under Section 92 of the Karnataka Police Act.

The case is being handled by Laxmi B Nimbargi, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of the West Division in Bengaluru. Addressing the media, DCP Nimbargi expressed concern over the incident and assured that the police would thoroughly investigate individuals, especially foreigners visiting the city, which would not be tolerated.

The police department is committed to ensuring the safety and security of all residents and visitors in Bengaluru. The incident has drawn attention to the issue of safety for vloggers and content creators who frequently film in public spaces. While vlogging has gained immense popularity in recent years, incidents like these highlight the importance of establishing guidelines and safeguards for individuals involved in such activities.
