In a recent incident in Noida, a 49-year-old resident named Rampat Yadav was taken into custody by local law enforcement. This action was prompted by the circulation of a video across various social media platforms, where Yadav allegedly made derogatory and objectionable remarks regarding the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath.

Yadav, residing in Hoshiarpur village within the jurisdiction of Sector 49 Police Station, faced legal consequences following the emergence of this contentious video clip. The video's widespread circulation caught the attention of the police, leading to independent action taken by the authorities.

A police spokesperson highlighted the circumstances surrounding Yadav's arrest, citing the viral nature of the video as the primary reason for their intervention. They confirmed that the police initiated action upon noticing the inflammatory nature of the comments made in the video, which warranted legal attention.

The authorities lodged an FIR (First Information Report) at the local police station, invoking specific sections of the Indian Penal Code, particularly Section 505 (B), concerning the spreading of rumors aimed at causing societal rifts. Additionally, Section 67 of the Information Technology Act was applied in relation to the digital dissemination of objectionable content.

Following his arrest, Yadav was presented before a magisterial court where legal proceedings ensued. Subsequently, he was remanded to judicial custody and sent to jail.

This incident serves as a stark reminder of the impact of social media and the legal ramifications individuals might face for making contentious statements about prominent political figures. Yadav's case underscores the importance of responsible online behavior and the potential consequences that may follow inappropriate or objectionable remarks made on digital platforms.
