The world is getting more and more wary about the health and mental aggression of Putin by every passing day. Recently a video of Vladimir Putin dropping his pen at the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit in Yerevan, Armenia has gone viral on Twitter.

A meeting of six members of CSTO was called on to sign the joint declaration of former Nations of the Soviet Russia Federation USSR which included Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Annoyed at the meeting the Russian President Putin threw his pen on table while Armenian President Pashiyan rose from his chair saying that he is closing the meeting.

Anton Gerashchenko, advisor to the interior minister of Ukraine, shared a short video-clip of 10-seconds wherein Putin was seen dropping pen on the table in front of him as the Belarusian President looked on in disbelief.

The viral video clip has made the world more worried about Putin’s aggressive behaviour in the region.
