People associated with the investigation teams and the Yeti airlines who wish to keep their anonymity have stated that pilot fatigue could be one of the reasons behind the Nepal plane crash since the weather was clear. The source stated that pilot fatigue must be curbed down by providing ample rest to pilots in between the regular schedules of flights. The angle of pilot fatigue is being considered seriously by the investigating authorities and a concrete explanation is yet to be reached. However, the reason for pilot fatigue is only a speculation uptil now. Other angles such as malfunction of the plane machinery is also being looked into since the plane was equipped with an old    transponder in which data was unreliable. Ron Bartsch, an expert in Aviation safety took a close look at one of the videos of the incident and stated that it appeared as if the plane had gone into a stall. It might have seemed to the pilots that the plane was at a speed higher than that it actually was at. These observations point at the possibility of pilot fatigue and pilot error again.
