17 senior officers have been planned to be taken by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) under various government departments. The responsibility to find these private sector professionals has been placed on the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The target ministries are expected to be the Ministries of health, power, agriculture, financial services and rural development.
