The Men's Hockey World Cup 2023, the 15th edition of the tournament, is set to take place in India from January 13 to January 29, 2023. India will be hosting the showpiece event for the fourth time. Bhubaneswar and Rourkela, both in Odisha, will co-host the competition. In the same year as the previous location, Bhubaneswar's Kalinga Stadium, Rourkela's new 20,000-seat Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium will open. The 2016 Olympic champions will represent India, and the team will be aiming to win its first World Cup in 43 years. The competition will include 16 teams divided into four groups of four teams each. Each group's top two teams will proceed to the quarterfinals. The tournament will start on January 13, 2023, and the finals will be played on January 29, 2023. The website also provides information on the tournament format and frequently asked questions.
