Japanese Prime Minister :-

If you are an Indian and have an aversion toward "Golgappa," it's time to review your taste buds! (Just Kidding) When we talk about delicacies or quick snack options from the Spice Capital of the World, Golgappa can't be kept out for long, if not topping the list.

If you don't believe me, the reaction of the Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida enjoying his "Golgappe" will clear away all your doubts.

A video was released on Monday by Narendra Modi capturing the Japanese Prime Minister enjoying the delicious "Golgappe" after a meeting.

The caption from the video read, “My friend PM @fumio_kishida enjoys Indian snacks, including tasty Golgappas.”

The Japanese Prime Minister visited India on a 2-day tour, discussing various possibilities of trade and Indo-Pacific plans.

PM Kishida hailed India for its work on development and termed the country an "indispensable partner" of Japan. He further stressed free and stable Indo-Pacific plans as a means to improve trade between the two countries while countering China as well.

As per reports, PM Kishida also tried his hands on "Aam Panna" and "Lassi," two of the essential coolants for the people in India during the hot and fiery summers. The Japanese PM was also provided with a detailed explanation of the making of the food items by the serving members, as per sources.

Before trying the delicacies, both leaders paid a visit to the Bal Bodhi Tree at Buddha Jayanti Park in Delhi, where PM Modi gifted his counterpart a sapling of the same tree, said MEA official spokesperson Arindam Bagchi.

They also held substantial discussions at the Hyderabad House in New Delhi regarding trade, investments, and Indo-Pacific plans.
