ISI-Linked Avtar Singh Khanda Arrested in UK:-
Avtar Singh Khanda, an asylum seeker from the UK, was arrested on March 19 for pulling down the Indian flag from the embassy in London. His father, Kulwant Singh Khukrana was a known terrorist of the Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF).
According to the reports, a group of Khalistanis were protesting in front of the Indian High Commission in the United Kingdom. A man with an orange turban was spotted climbing the embassy walls and bringing down the Tricolor Indian flag while the mob chanted ‘Khalistan Zindabad’ slogans.

Avtar Singh Khanda is an ISI-linked terrorist who has already been charged with conducting IED training inside UK Gurudwaras. Khanda also has a close relationship with Amritpal Singh and is a trustworthy subordinate of banned Babbar Khalsa International's leader Paramjit Singh Pamma.
According to sources, the goal of all three terrorists has been to disrupt Punjab by brainwashing and alienating young Sikhs. As per the reports, Khanda provides online tutorials from Glasgow and Birmingham on how to create improvised explosive devices (IEDs) with readily available chemicals.
Indian authorities have asked the UK court and officials to prosecute Khanda and his associates on stronger charges, relating to inciting hatred against a friendly Nation
