Elon Musk's Entry: Prag's Exit, And the Drama continues-1

The very first thing Elon Musk did on his acquisition of Twitter is announcing exit for Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and his two top executives. The much-hyped action was long on cards from the day Musk was expected to take over the Social Media platform Twitter. There is plethora of twits on Musk’s decision and even some memes are viral stating how insecure is the job of a private company no matter what post a person may hold. The meme is true upto some extant seeing another high-profile case of sacking the Chairman of Tata Sons, Cyrus Mistry and now this trio of Twitter who have been asked to put down their papers.

One may wonder why Musk is so hell bent to fire CEO Parag Agrawal, If the media news from USA are to be believed then all the three top level officers of Twitter namely CEO Prag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal  and Legal Head Vijaya Gadde have been shown the door. The actual reason behind this high voltage drama is believed to be the feeling of distrust between the new boss Elon Musk and these three. Musk is supposedly not happy with the advice and actual valuation of the company assets which was allegedly flattened by the team.

However who is the winner in this whole drama may be thing of academic discussion but Prag will not walk away empty handed. He will have a fortune of around USD 38.7 Million. Similar packages will be taken by other two executives. Now its for the future to see how this deal unfolds for Musk which has been said to be a very expensive deal by many corporate and financial experts.
