The Delhi High Court delivered a significant decision regarding Mahua Moitra's legal battle concerning the leakage of sensitive information related to her Enforcement Directorate (ED) case under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Moitra, a prominent leader of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), had filed a plea seeking intervention to prevent the dissemination of confidential details to the media.

On Friday, the court dismissed Moitra's plea, emphasizing the need for maintaining confidentiality and integrity in ongoing investigations. This decision came after careful consideration and deliberation by Justice Subramonium Prasad, who pronounced a clear "Dismissed" verdict.
