Death Penalty for 7 Men:-

Lucknow: On Tuesday (28th February, 2023), seven men from Islamic State (IS) operation were condemned to death penalty on charges of “wage war against the country”. The judgement was declared by the special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court for holding conspiracies against the country. The operatives were sentenced to life term imprisonment after the case was caught, on the explosion of Bhopal-Ujjain train on March 7,2017 that wounded more than 10 passengers.  Death Penalty for 7 Men Death Penalty for 7 Men Judge VS Tripathi allegedly criticised the terror conspiracies, declaring the crime as the rarest of rare crime. Thus, the terror conspiracy must be sentenced to severe punishment. For, there is no place for betrayal and conspiracy against the country, whose one is the resident.  The FIR filed against the blast train case on March 8,2017 suspected Mohd Faisal, for planning out blasts in different areas of the country. On the basis of Faisal’s suspicion, the other conspirators are under the track of ATS (automatic Tracking system) in Kanpur.  The co-conspirators of the case included 7 men from Islamic State, they are : Mohd Faisal, Gaus Mohd Khan, Mohd Azhar, Atiq Muzaffer, Mohd Danish, Mohd Sayyed Meer Hussain and Asif Iqbal, alias Rokey, who were all sentenced to death except Asif Irani and Faisal, who was  declared life imprisonment.  They are all charged against section 121 of the IPC along with the UAPA, Arms Act and the Explosive Substances Act, for initiating war against the country.  Death Penalty for 7 Men Death Penalty for 7 Men Besides the charges, the IED’s have found the blasts planted in various areas of the country.
