Capital Recording Spike in Fresh Covid Cases: Report Says:-


There has been a nationwide increase in the Covid Cases, amidst which the Capital has recorded its highest over 400 cases in the last 7 months Along with a recorded death due to the Coronavirus infection. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has buckled up along with his team to checkmate all the upcoming probabilities of rise in cases.

The State Health Department has shared that a total of 416 fresh cases were recorded on April 1 and one death has been registered taking the total toll to 26,529. As per a bulletin put by the department on Thursday the number stood at 26,526. 


As witnessed by the local people, the private hospitals too are working hand in hand with the government. Dedicated CT Scan machines for Coronavirus have been deployed at the hospitals to reduce the risk of spreading the infection. 


Jyotsana, a visitor at the Max Hospital Delhi said, "The entire passage and gallery was immediately sanitised within 30 seconds after a Covid patient was taken for a scan". "Also, the entire scanning room was sanitised just after the scan was conducted" added Jyotsana.

After a review meeting on the same, Chief Minister Kejriwal assured the reporters that the situation is under control and that the government is equipped With all the necessary measures and there is nothing much to worry about.
