Big Allegations of match-fixing on the Opening Match of FIFA

When the whole world was celebrating the opening of the biggest sporting event on earth, the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, there comes a shocker. A big shock was given to the fans of the game and the world community by a tweet made by Amjad Taha. He accused Qatar bribed Ecuador players to lose the opening match.
Amjad Taha is the Regional Director of the British Center in Saudi Arabia. He stated in his tweet that Qatar paid a bribe of 7.4 million dollars to Ecuador players to lose the opening match against it which was scheduled to be played on Sunday. He based his allegations on the information provided by some insider sources.

This is really shocking news and a big blot on FIFA-2022 Qatar which was already caught in scandals owing to many other oppositions of being hosted by Qatar.
Now it is to be seen how the Management comes out of this allegation and protects the prestige of the institution. Else this will work as a big dampener on the high spirits of fans of football as well as this most coveted tournament.
