An Army Court Martial has taken strict action against a soldier who was caught passing secret information to a Pakistani spy working at the High Commission for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the Indian national capital.

However, the soldier only had access to trivial information. Despite this, the Army practices zero tolerance for such acts and aims to set an example by awarding exemplary punishment to the guilty.

The soldier's actions were a breach of national security, compromising military activities along the northern borders. Such activities are taken very seriously, and the court martial delivered a severe verdict to deter any such future incidents.
