Ameesha Patel Spills the Beans on Declining Lead Roles in Shah Rukh and Salman's Movies!

Ameesha Patel is really happy about the big success of Gadar 2. This is like a big comeback for her because she became famous first in her first movie Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. After her first movie with Hrithik Roshan, Ameesha acted in Gadar with Sunny Deol, which also became a big hit. But in a new talk, the actress said that after these hit movies, she got offered many main roles in movies, but she said no to them.

During an interview with ETimes, Ameesha Patel was questioned about the movies she felt sorry for not accepting. She mentioned that she had the chance to be in films like Chalte Chalte with Shah Rukh Khan, Munna Bhai MBBS featuring Sanjay Dutt, and Tere Naam starring Salman Khan, but had to say no. She explained, "I had many film offers that I couldn't take up. It was because of scheduling problems, so I don't feel bad about it."

Patel explained that there were multiple reasons behind her inability to take on these movies, primarily due to prior commitments. "I had given my word to other projects," she clarified.

Ameesha Patel's movie "Gadar 2" has achieved the second-highest earnings among Hindi films in 2023. Within just a week, the movie has collected Rs 308.5 crore, as reported by industry tracker Sacnilk. This stands as the pinnacle of Ameesha's acting journey. During the same interview, the actress revealed her desire to collaborate with Hrithik Roshan once more, as their on-screen chemistry was greatly admired by the audience in their debut film.
