The case related to Adidas’ 3 striped logo. Adidas claimed a trademark infringement alleging that Thom Browne Inc. used a 4 striped logo which was too similar to that of Adidas. After his win, Mr. Thom Browne expressed that his success story would be a guiding light to many budding designers whom giant Companies attempt to pull down. Arguments by Thom Browne Inc. The advocates on behalf of Thom Browne Inc. have pointed out that the customer base that the Company caters to is much different from that of Adidas. The target audience for Thom Browne belong from richer economic classes than those of Adidas.
