Amidst the buzz generated by her recent success with 'The Kerala Story,' Adah Sharma is once again in the spotlight. This time, the focus is on her acquisition of a flat in Mumbai's upscale Bandra locale. However, this is no ordinary apartment; it's the same dwelling in Mont Blanc society where the unfortunate demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput took place. In the aftermath of Sushant Singh Rajput's passing, this residence gained considerable attention, resulting in a surge in demand and subsequently raising its rental value.

Adah Sharma is now the proprietor of a residence situated within Bandra's Mont Blanc society, the very place that was once inhabited by Sushant Singh Rajput.


The house garnered significant attention from prospective buyers, and now the transaction has fallen into the hands of Adah Sharma. Sushant Singh Rajput's tragic passing occurred on June 14, 2020. In the following year, reports emerged indicating that his Mumbai residence facing the sea was available for rent. The actor had been paying a monthly rent of Rs 4.5 lakh for the two-story dwelling.


Having spent 15 years in the Hindi film industry, the 31-year-old actress embarked on her journey with the 2008 film "1920," a venture that earned her a Filmfare Award nomination in the Best Female Debut category. She stepped into the spotlight with the 2014 hit "Hasee Toh Phasee," featuring Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra in pivotal roles. Nevertheless, it was her most recent release, "The Kerala Story," that catapulted her to stardom, making the film a standout hit of 2023.
