Accused of Riot and Kidnapping:-
Amritpal Singh, a self-declared Khalistani leader and the head of the “Waris Punjab Se,” and his five assistants are in danger of being arrested after being accused of kidnapping, stealing, rioting, injuring people, and unlawful assembly. Varinder Singh, a former aide of Singh, was reportedly kidnapped and brutally assaulted by Singh and his heavily armed men filed a complaint against them, which served as the basis for the charges against the defendants. The plaintiff resides in the Rupnagar district of Punjab’s Chamkaur Sahib neighborhood. However, one of the suspects has been taken into custody in raids. It is being considered whether the police action against Amritpal Singh and his armed men was justified in light of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s declaration that no one will be permitted to sow discord among the communities. Accused of Riot and Kidnapping Accused of Riot and Kidnapping According to earlier comments by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the state and federal governments are both keeping an eye on the Khalistani groups. They won’t be permitted to sabotage the hard-won peace. Amritpal Singh and his associates were incensed by the police action and Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s remarks against the separatist groups. Amritpal Singh publicly challenged the police and the Union government while addressing the crowd on Sunday in a village in Moga and declared an open fight against them. One of our men was detained and placed on a day’s remand yesterday. I advise the government not to pressure us to exceed the limit. Amritpal Singh stated that he was not concerned about being arrested and added that the group would meet on Wednesday to decide on the next step. I request that the authorities inform me of the location if they intend to arrest me. The government claims to be looking for me on the one hand, but they knew where I was, so why did they lie and pretend they were conducting raids? He stated. Amritpal Singh is still trying to portray India and the Constitution in a misleading light. Even though his partner made it very apparent that Deep Sidhu’s death was an accident, he persists in disputing it. The Indian government cunningly killed Deep Sidhu under the guise of an accident. He claimed they took Deep from us on February 15 of last year. He openly promotes the anti-Hindu, anti-Indian, and pro-Pakistan agenda in his controversial lectures. We’ll have to battle the central government, which despises us “Sikhs”. The interior minister of the nation vows to destroy Khalistan. If we are provoked, we won’t remain silent, he declared. On Sunday, Singh urged Punjab’s youth to give their heads as Sikhism is in peril. Since we don’t have a community house, the neighborhood has been compelled to use protests today. Without saying a word, a Hindu can have anything. We are obligated to sneeze on the ground. Slavery exists here, “he said.” Accused of Riot and Kidnapping Accused of Riot and Kidnapping Amritpal Singh has come under fire from numerous Sikh leaders for his divisive agenda and attempts to incite hatred between the Sikh and Hindu communities, which have coexisted peacefully for centuries and serve as an inspiration to other communities there.
