  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (around 180°C is perfect).
  2. Now take a mixing bowl, beat together the applesauce and sugar until well combined.

  7. Pour the batter into a greased 18 inch or big cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
