A private school bus in Mahendragarh, Haryana, collided with another car, resulting in at least six fatalities and approximately twenty injuries. There was at least thirty children on the school bus. Preliminary investigations reveal that the school bus in Kanina town overturned as it attempted to pass another car.

Superintendent of Police Arsh Verma verified the bus driver's detention to PTI over the phone. When asked about allegations that the driver was drunk, he continued, we will know for sure if he was intoxicated or not after the driver is taken into custody and a medical evaluation is underway.

Four of the twenty children brought here, according to Dr. Ravi Kaushik of Nihal Hospital in Mahendragarh, Haryana, passed away. Ten minutes later, one of the injured students passed away even though they were on a ventilator. Fifteen children who had suffered severe injuries were saved. Once first aid was given, they were then told to go to the public hospital.

There are multiple versions that suggest the driver may have been acting rashly. The injured children were brought right away to the hospital, according to the SP.

A child was hurt in an incident involving a private school bus in Kanina, Mahendragarh. The automobile was shaky since the drunk driver was traveling at 120 mph.

Seema Trikha, the Haryana minister of education, is said to have left for Mahendragarh.

The bus transporting students from GRL School home from school lost control while attempting to pass another vehicle, according to Indian Express, which quoted sources. Reports state that the bus carried between 35 and 40 students, ranging in grade level from fourth to tenth.
